CREATING EFFECTIVE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
This one-day seminar will provide participants with information, skill and guidelines for planning and conducting effective on-the-job training that works to increase productivity.
After completing this one-day seminar, participants will be able to:
- Utilize a four-step training method to conduct effective on-the-job training.
- Teach job skills and behaviors and to improve employee performance.
- Practice actual training methods in order to increase actual training results.
